Electric mining truck

Electric mining truck features low maintenance difficulty, long service life, kinetic energy recovery support, and energy-saving capabilities.

It‘s used for ore transportation, with a total vehicle weight of 95 tons, a rated load of 65tons, a maximum driving speed of 45.8 km/h, and a maximum climbing gradient of 40%.

Working in the mine: the average electric truck is 1 kwh per kilometer, and the comprehensive energy consumption is 11.2kwh per hour. Fuel trucks consume 1.2L per kilometer and 13.4L per hour.

The engine uses Danfoss motor, and the maximum power of a single motor can reach 500 kw.

Newly developed pure electric gearbox with input torque of 3000 N \ m.

The charging pile is dustproof, cold-resistant, structurally reinforced and durable. It effectively solves the power problems during heavy load, high altitude and tunnel driving.
